EVERYBODY WHO IS INTO SNOW SPORTS KNOWS THE INTERSKI CONGRESS

The congresses are organised every four years. The last four congresses were held in Japan (1995), Norway (1999), Switzerland (2003) and Korea (2007). The next one will be in St. Anton a. A./Austria (January 2011).

These congresses are visited by some 1000 till 1500 international visitors from up to 36 skiing nations around the world. They include the national demonstration teams of INTERSKI's member nations, consisting of the best skiers of the world.

Apart from 36 national organisations from skiing nations around the world, ISIA (international umbrella organisation of professional instructors working in commercial ski schools), IVSI (umbrella organisation of  instructors working in clubs and associations) and IVSS (umbrella organisation of instructors and teachers working in schools and universitites) are members of Interski International.
